San Diego Pier.
In San Diego besides for hanging out, swimming, surfing, and barbequing at the beaches, some people in also fish.
San Diego not know for fishing, but it used to be one of the greatest past times, for men at least. I remember my father getting up a 3 am on Saturday to go fishing, sometimes he would take my brothers.
That was one of my father's greatest past times. My youngest brother is the only one who still appreciates it the most, he does go out every once in awhile. The strange thing is he was only twelve when my father passed away, obviously that was one of his greatest memories.
The things we remember when we are young. I remember when my father would return back home after fishing, he would have a lot of fish. Then it was my mother's job to clean and put it away until it was time to eat it. My sister and I never picked up on that part of the trade, no I don't catch of clean fish. Like most people these days, I prefer to buy my fish clean and cooked, I know, fish is expensive. That may be one of reasons that the men in my family can cook.
This is Ivy.
