Can you get everything done in a day? Getting things done in a short period of time can be hard. It is like wanting everything to happen overnight. Some of us wait up in the middle of the night thinking of all the things that we need to get done. When you focus in one area, something else is being ignored. Just like thinking about your home and all the cleaning that you have to do, while you are at work. Not only can you not clean while you are at work, but your focus is being taken away from what you are doing on the job at the moment. The point is we really can not do everything at one time, so it is best to think about what is a priority at that moment.

Shows to blow your mind.

"Be Afraid" Alfred Hitchcock, "The Master of Suspense". I loved it and I was afraid to watch. I would sit there and yell to the TV, "No don't open the door. No don't go that room. No don't look under the bed, run run, of course the people would do it, yes he was the master of suspense and bazaar out come. "Like the Puppet Master becoming the puppet." He was an English film director and producer. A pioneer in techniques in the suspense and psychological thriller. He showed films with twist endings, thrilling plots, murder and crime in a mystery form. He is considered an icon. HISTORY

Life History I checked my e-mail the other day, there was an invite to a birthday-retirement-farewell celebration. I received this e-mail twice before and deleted it twice, this time I looked at it again. The person is the same age as I am, and I use to consider them a good friend. I never went to any of my high school reunions, guess what we did not go to the same high school. But I am going to a high school reunion. Back to the workout, well that was needed, anyway, if you fall off the boat you better get back on. How many of your grade school or high school friends do you keep up with?
