When a problem occurs, we forget to breath.

  

 

 

Sometimes when an unexpected problem occurs, we get so wrapped up that we forget to breath.


 Have you ever had one thing happens such as while rushing to work, you have a flat tire? By the time you are done getting the tire fixed and making it to work late, your whole outlook changes. They say we wear our emotions on our sleeves, at times like that it can feel like the day will not get any better. 



From that moment on the problems seem to pile up, or so we even think. At that time, we don't think the situation could have been worse. We have hit one or five cars, when the tire blow. Someone, including yourself could have wind-up hurt.  

We take so many things for granted and love when thing goes in our favor.  Guess what it just did, think about it.  

First relax and breath.

What you don't want to do is hold on to it.  

Take it out on other around you.

Feel as though it is good to be a bad day.

Don't complain about it.
