"You Live Out Too Loud." What does that mean?

I LOVE THIS WHEN I HEARD IT, “YOU LIVE  TOO LOUD.”

Gee, who do you know that can live like that?  

The attention grabber.  

Are there people who you would love, to say tone it down? How about a young person, who has his pants down so low you want to say, pull them up.  

It not just the way they look, it can also be what they say.  The drama comes with certain people.  The things can only happen to them. They are the only person that would let that come of out there mouth.
