We have to live around other, work with other, and be around others where every we go. When we think of our lives and the course we have gone down none of us have made it this far without help. All of the struggles that you go through, others will have been there also.
It is good to have others who can help. When going through hard times, there is nothing like having the support of others. You can be up one minute and down, the next in life.
There is another part, you have to be will do give support also.
When you are up, it is important to remember others, especially if someone helped you when you were down. It can be one of the best rewards. One way to give appreciation is to help others through their issues, and let them know that things be alright.
One thing that can help anyone who is down is not to hold on to disappointments, move one.
